Delivery Charges

We deliver to most cities in China and Hong Kong. Delivery costs are as follows:

CHINA

For Guangdong area: RMB 15 for 1st set of books purchased. Add RMB 7 for every subsequent set of books purchased.

For Shanghai/Jiangsu/Zhejiang area: RMB 24 for 1st set of books purchased. Add RMB 12 for every subsequent set of books purchased.

For Beijing/Tianjin area: RMB 24 for 1st set of books purchased. Add RMB 14 for every subsequent set of books purchased.

HONG KONG

For Hong Kong: RMB 24 for 1st set of books purchased. Add RMB 8 for every subsequent set of books purchased.

*Please note that we have not listed all our delivery locations in the above. Should your location not be included in the above, we will confirm your delivery cost by phone or email.

Shipping

Your order will be fulfilled between 7 to 10 business days from the time you make the purchase. If we are unable to fulfill your orders within the stated time frame, we will contact you for further instructions.

Kaykidbooks is not responsible for any package loss of contents or delivery delays due to the courier company or unforseen circumstances. In the unfortunate event that a package is lost, Kaykidbooks would file an Inquiry with the courier company on your behalf.
